Description

How to use your Magnesium Oil Spray:

• Use 5-10 sprays on each side of each leg after a bath or shower for maximum absorption when the pores are open.
  • Spread/rub with your hands and allow to dry (bitter to taste, but completely safe). It is a watery solution that will settle into a slightly ‘oily feel’ on your skin and may feel slightly sticky for a few minutes after application.

Regardless of where you apply the spray on the body, once it penetrates the surface of the skin, the body transports it to whichever tissues need it.
