What it does
I use only the active component of Vit. C in my serum (L-Ascorbic Acid) as this is 100% more potent than regular Vit C. Using it twice a day allows a reservoir of Vitamin C to be built up in the skin which then: 

• PROMOTES COLLAGEN PRODUCTION improving elasticity, filling in fine lines and softening deeper wrinkles, resulting in more youthful looking skin
• HEALTHIER BRIGHTER SKIN as it can brighten otherwise dull skin, allowing it to look healthier and more vibrant. Strong concentrations of this vitamin leave the skin looking and feeling replenished and revitalized.
• IMPROVES HYDRATION AND MOISTURE and especially if you suffer from dry skin, vitamin C is a must. This is especially true if you have tried using moisturizers and cremes in the past, only to find that your skin is still dry and flaky. My product contains a humectant and works to moisturize your skin by drawing water from the air into the skin’s outer layer. It also forms a protective layer that helps prevent moisture loss.
• PROTECTS SKIN FROM SUN DAMAGE, especially from the sun’s UVA and UVB rays, but it does not replace your sunscreen
• REDUCES UNDER-EYE CIRCLES as it helps to even out skin tone and reduce the appearance of under-eye circles. This is great for those who are tired of trying to conceal the dark circles under their eyes and want to enjoy a more youthful, bright, and vibrant appearance.
• ROSEWATER is hydrating, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and  acts as an antioxidant. It soothes irritated skin, cools sunburned skin, balances the skin’s PH, and help manage facial oil secretions

How to use your Vitamin C face serum

• After cleansing and toning, tilt your head back and using the dropper apply 10- 12 drops directly to your face and spread on your skin twice a day. It is a waste to drip it on your other hand first. 

• It is slightly acidic and may tingle after application, which is normal and an indication that it is working. 
• Allow to dry and fully hydrate the skin, then apply a small amount of our frankincense lotion or nourishing face cream to form a protective layer and seal in the moisture.

Important notice:
It oxidises on your skin and if it rubs off on clothes or pillowcases, you might notice a pale-yellow discolouring. This is a normal oxidation reaction – it washes out.
If your solution in the bottle is old and has turned yellow – bin it! This means all the Vitamin C has broken down (oxidised) so, sadly no good to anyone anymore.
